Terms of Service

BlueAI provides an AI video generation service based on user prompts. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

You must not submit prompts that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing or otherwise prohibited by the platform or our service providers.

Credits

Credits are used to generate videos. Each generation uses 1 credit. One credit gives you one 8 second AI-generated video. Please ensure you specifiy the length of the video and provide as many details as possible in the prompt.

Credits are linked to the email address entered on the site. Please make sure you use the correct email address when purchasing credits and generating videos. This also allows you to re-visit your purchased videos at a later date.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. BlueAI does not store your card details.

Purchases provide non-transferable credits. Credits may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

AI generation and output quality

We aim to provide a reliable service but processing times and output quality depend on the quality of the prompt provided. AI text-to-video generation depends heavily on the instructions provided by the user, including the level of detail, clarity and specificity of the prompt. Achieving the desired result may require refining your prompt and making additional attempts.

Failed generations

Some prompts may fail because of restricted, unsupported or unclear content. Where technically possible, failed generations may be automatically refunded as credits.
