Refund Policy

Blue AI uses a credit-based system. Each credit allows you to generate one AI video of 8 seconds.

Credits are used when a generation starts, and failed generations will automatically return the credit.

Credit purchases

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been completed, except where the generation fails and we are unable to restore the credit.

Credits are linked to the email address entered at checkout. Please make sure you enter the correct email address before buying credits. This email address can also be used to re-visit your previous generations.

Failed generations

Some prompts may fail because of restricted, unsupported or unclear content. In many cases, failed generations are automatically refunded as credits.

If a generation fails and your credit is not returned, contact us with the email address used and, where possible, the prompt or task details.

AI output quality

AI-generated videos can vary. A completed generation may not always match the exact result you had in mind.

Refunds are not normally provided simply because the output is subjective, imperfect or different from your preferred creative direction. Better results may require clearer prompts and additional attempts.
